Caitlin McElroy-Haskins

Caitlin McElroy-Haskins has over a decade of experience in education, with a strong background in academic and leadership coaching. She has coached and managed teachers, school leaders, principals, and district leaders. She is passionate about providing school and nonprofit leaders with the support and development they need to make big impacts on the communities their organizations serve.

Caitlin has worked in high-performing charter schools in the Bronx and Tulsa, including BES and KIPP schools. She began her career as a Teach for America corps member while attending Relay Graduate School of Education. In Tulsa, she was chosen to attend an intensive KIPP leadership training program held at the University of Chicago. She also helped to start the Teaching and Leading Initiative of Oklahoma, which trains teachers and leaders using materials and an approach adapted from Caitlin’s work.

All of the schools and districts she has worked for have primarily served students of color and low-income students, and she is committed to continuing this work. Advancing equity is at the heart of everything she does. She is looking to work with organizations whose leaders share her love of all things data as well as her determination to prioritize equity while developing strong instructional and coaching systems that drive student outcomes.

Let’s connect.
